Who wouldn’t want to bypass all the traffic jams in the city with a helicopter cab? From now on, SIKUWORLD provides such an opportunity. The new helicopter landing pad allows 1:87 and 1:50 scale toy helicopters to land optimally during the day and at night. For flights taking place late in the evening, the landing platform has been printed with a special paint that glows for a few more minutes after the lights in the room are turned off, so that later arriving helicopters can also land safely. Another characteristic of this model is the possibility of a variety of applications. The landing pad can be used both together with and without SIKUWORLD elements during play. This is made possible by the special design of the ground plate, which can stand on a carpet or table without any additional help. If one wants to use the underside of the platform, the familiar SIKUWORLD-typical connector appears, with which the landing pad can be connected to the SIKUWORLD system without problems. On the approach to the helipad, as with the landing platform, 1:50 scale vehicles can move. If the vehicle is too tall, the roof can easily be removed at the entrance to allow a large cab (#1938) or ambulance (#2108) to pass through. The set comes with a helicopter printed with “HELI TAXI” in 1:87 scale.
